ummm...not sure what that means....are you saying 'american' people can give you better advice on this matter "of leaving the house because you are moving for a different job" than 'desis'.
Are you sure you have a job, a house and have the capacity to get to work without needing assistance ?
Your simplistic explanation about ARMs Vs length of ownership of the house, decision to 'leave the house' because of a job (whatever that means, did you lose your job or did you find a better job or what ?) is just incredible.
How much down payment did you make ? Won't you lose that amount?

Dear dreamworld,
First of all thanks a lot for your reply and i further have some question if you could please help me understand that. the situations is that I have given my New I140 (EB2) to my lawyer and all he did was took a copy of my I485 receipt notice and said he will send that to USCIS. My PD on EB3 is Feb. 2003, how would I come to know if my EB3 PD was ported to EB2 by that I mean to how I would come to know if my I485 was ported to EB2 and still have PD of Feb 2003...

We have suspended the work for July 485 filing development pending the clarification of the rumor next week. Please bear with us in this confusing and difficult time.
This is so ridiculous....these OH Law Firm lawyers have to be kidding! Who postpones/suspends work based on rumors? I would get fired from my job if I stopped coding just because there was a rumor that the release date was being postponed!!!!

I have a WAC number and petition approved in Feb 07. Stuck here for 1 month, 18 days and counting. I called DOS and didn't receive a positive response. Will try calling KCC tomorrow.

if more people post their details then we might be able to conclude something.. there are always exceptions so it is very difficult to figure out.. (well, it might be possible that there is no pattern but if we get more details of more cases then we can think something... after all we can't do anything apart from this ...:mad: )

Guys do not feed the freeloaders by telling anything you are reading in the donor forum. One idea is to give GC to AOS applicants regardless of namecheck result, if all
other security checks are OK and let the namecheck run in background . If the namecheck turns out critical , cancel the GC & deport the applicant.
But USCIS and lawyers will loose big time , because of reduced demand for APs,EADs etc.
